8500 2002 GMC Savanna Conversion Van -Very Nice- in Terre Haute, Indiana For Sale

I have a xxxx GMC Savanna Conversion van for sale. Bought it last summer and I'm the 2nd owner. Haven't even owned this a van a year. Getting rid of it to down grade to a Chrysler Town and Country mini van. I run and operate a record label out of Indianapolis and we used this when we went out of town for shows and on tours. It has 111xxx miles on it. The oil was changed every xxxx miles and just recently had the radiator flushed and new coolant put in it for the summer!
There are 2 things wrong with this van.
1. The captain chair behind the driver seat wont go back or come up, the handle is stripped from the mechanism and needs a new handle. {easy fix}
2. The second rear door doesn't open, the rod came loose from the handle and I haven't had time to reconnect it. {east fix}
I have title in hand and a Clean CarFax.
