Seeking a lead musician for band in a new worship experience. in Terre Haute, Indiana For Sale

Fairview Presbyterian at 46th and Capitol (near Butler) is starting a new worship service in March. It's a 9:00 a.m. Sunday service that will feature Christian (and some non-Christian) modern rock and alternative music.
The Lead Musician/Worship Leader will be part (keyboard or guitar preferred) of the worship band and be the primary person responsible for directing the band in rehearsals and leading worship through music in the service.
This person will work with the pastors and worship design team to plan and implement the service. We are still designing the overall experience, and would love for some creative and musical soul to help us!
Our church is a traditional church with moderate theology. Many churches with a modern style of worship are on the more conservative side, which is fine, but that's not us. We have a female pastor, and encourage questions about faith and diversity of belief.
